Ακύρωση Παραγγελίας

Πριν ολοκληρωθεί η παραγγελία, κατά τη διάρκεια της ηλεκτρονικής διαδικασίας της παραγγελίας σας μπορείτε ανά πάσα στιγμή να πατήσετε το κουμπί ΚΑΛΑΘΙ ΑΓΟΡΩΝ ώστε να δείτε τα προϊόντα του καλαθιού σας και να τα διαγράψετε . Εάν κατά λάθος ολοκληρώσατε την ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία μπορείτε να καλέστε το 210-2028189 την ίδια ημέρα ή την επόμενη εργάσιμη και ένας συνεργάτης μας θα αναλάβει την ακύρωσή της παραγγελιάς σας .

Withdrawal & Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you bought within 15 calendar days from the date you receive them.

Για να προβείτε σε επιστροφή του προϊόντος θα πρέπει πρώτα να μας ενημερώσετε τηλεφωνικώς στο 210-2028189 ή με e-mail στο info@coptical.gr If the company is not aware of the return of the product, then it will not accept the return.

Για προϊόντα Φακών Επαφής , Υγρά Φακών Επαφής ,  Γυαλιών Ηλίου και Οράσεως επιστροφές γίνονται δεκτές μόνο εφόσον

• Their packaging has not been unsealed or tampered with or the special labels of our company or factory have been damaged.
• The product is no longer worn on the test
• Στο προϊόν δεν έχει γίνει οποιουδήποτε είδους τροποποίηση ή επέμβαση
• Το προϊόν επιστρέφεται μαζί με το δώρο που πιθανό να το συνόδευε
• There are all the necessary product accessories such as the case
• Επιστρέφεται η απόδειξη ή τιμολόγιο αγοράς του προϊόντος
• Customers are kindly requested to use a hard box such as the box they received and not envelopes. Returned items must be shipped with ACS or SPEEDEX. Our company does not bear any responsibility in case of loss or destruction of the product during transport for return to our company.
• For returns of foreign shipments the customer bears the full cost of the return

Επιστροφές δεν είναι αποδεκτές σε προϊόντα ειδικής κατασκευής, ήτοι φακοί επαφής αστιγματισμού, πολυεστιακοί  ή ετήσιοι.

Before ordering, make sure that the recipe of your grades and all the parameters (curvature, diameter, etc.) are compatible with the product you have chosen. If you have the slightest doubt call us at 210-2028189.

Product Returns & Replacement

 You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement

• When with proven fault of coptical.gr were sold wrong products or products of poor and defective quality

Δεχόμαστε αλλαγές και όχι επιστροφές με έξοδα αποστολής επιστροφής του πελάτη. Η αντικαταβολή σε περίπτωση διαφοράς ποσού σε μια αλλαγή χρεώνεται στον πελάτη. Αν το ποσό του νέου προϊόντος που επιλέχθηκε για την αλλαγή είναι μικρότερο από του αρχικού, δεν επιστρέφουμε τη διαφορά καθώς έχει ήδη κοπεί παραστατικό.
